Group Chief Executive Officer
Dr Thomas Ong comes from a strong healthcare industry background. He set up and developed one of the largest integrated Physical Medicine centre in Malaysia, at the HSC Cheras Specialist Centre. A Chiropractor by profession, he has graduated from setting up the largest Chiropractic group in Malaysia to diversifying his company into Medical supplies, Orthopedic surgery and R&D in the biotechnology field.
Kenneth Lee An-Tzan, LLB.
Group Chief Operating Officer
Kenneth graduated with Honours as a Bachelor of Laws in 1991 from the University College of Wales and in 1992 was called to the Degree of the Utter Bar in the Honorable Society of The Middle Temple, London. He brings into the Group considerable experience borne out of his years in private legal practice and an in-depth knowledge of corporate and commercial processes.
Dr Hayden Clyde Pooke

& Group Director of Clinics
Hayden is a renowned Sports Chiropractor from South Africa. He qualified with distinction from Durban’s University of Technology in 2000. An accomplished rugby player, he has considerable experience working with professional sports teams, including the famous Natal Sharks and the Springbok Rugby sides from South Africa. He is a member of the Federation of International Sports Chiropractic (FICS) and has been consulted at many prestigious sporting events including the recent 2009 World Games held in Taiwan.
Ong Tee Lim
Group Human Resource Director
Tee Lim has vast experience in marketing and sales and is a company man at heart. He has tremendous working experience and setup up the largest foot orthotics supply company in Malaysia under the Vasyli brand from Australia. Mr Ong has a particular interest in Human Resources and management and is a company secretary by qualification.
Teh Su-Ching
Chief Financial Officer

Su-Ching, was previously from Crowe Horwath – Kuala Lumpur Oce, where she
left after 14 years as a director of the Corporate Advisory department. Su-Ching is
an associate member of the Association of Chartered Certied Accountants and
also a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
Su-Ching’s experience in mergers and acquisitions involved corporate advisory
for restructuring of listed PN4 status companies for reverse-take-over, nance due
diligence assignments, restructuring of companies prior to initial public oerings
(IPOs) and divestment of businesses. She has worked on listings in Malaysia and
the Alternative Investment Market (“AIM”) of the London Stock Exchange.
Su-Ching was a contributor of nancial articles to the Edge under the “Business
Insights” and “IPO Insights” banner from 2006 to 2007 and sits on the ACCA FRS
Board.
Su-Ching joined the Tonik Asia Group in August 2010 as the Chief Financial
Officer.
Loo Sow Kuen
Group Director of Business Development
Ms Loo has been an integral member of the team and is instrumental in the execution of the Group’s expansion. Her hands-on knowledge of the administration and management of the centres, backed by her years of experience in marketing and sales in the healthcare supplements industry has contributed greatly to the efficient running of operations at the clinical level. |

Mr Harwant Singh

MD (UKM), FRCS (Edinburgh), MCh Ortho (Liverpool), Dip Sports Med. Dip Biomech, Phd, LLM(Medical Law), FAMM
Harry is a spinal surgeon who specialises in minimally invasive surgery for herniated discs. He has published many articles in international journals and has a special interest in Scoliosis. Harry also brings into the Group his considerable expertise in the field of medico-legal issues and has set in numerous international committees on medical ethics.

Ronan is a true marketeer at heart and has extensive experience across diverse retail segments from fast moving consumer goods to luxury items, locally as well as regionally. He has a keen interest in branding, strategy development and consumer analytics.
Daniel Tan

Daniel's educational background in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, when he obtained his Diploma in that field in year 2004, has been a key aspect of his interest in the innovative products and machines that are marketed by
Tonik Medical, TAG's dedicated medical supplies division. Today, Daniel heads
Tonik Medical, with extensive experience in the sales and marketing of its products giving him a hands-on and direct knowledge of Tonik Medical's distribution
channels.
Tan Woo Teck
CEO of Tonik Physio and Rehab Sdn Bhd
Tan Woo Teck qualified from the Kaohusiung Medical University of Physiotherapy , Taiwan in 2007. He specialises in musculoskeletal and neurology physiotherapy. He has been instrumental in setting up Tonik Asia Group's physiotherapy and
rehabilitation department, and is the CEO for Tonik Physio and Rehab Sdn Bhd, a division of Tonik Asia Group.
Dr Andre Abader, DC

Dr Andre Abader (DC) is an expatriate that has made Malaysia his home since 2004. Having graduated from the University of Johannesburg with a Masters Degree in Chiropractic he gained experience working in a large Multi Disciplinary setting in South Africa.
Since moving to Malaysia he established and operated a successful healthcare company before joining forces with Tonik Asia. As the president of the Malaysian Chiropractic Association he has been actively promoting chiropractic in Malaysia.
Dr Andre is also an associate lecturer at the International Medical University of Malaysia (IMU) where he hopes to share is experience in developing the
chiropractors of tomorrow.
Wendy Louise Chiang
Group Director of Sales
Wendy comes with more than 18 years of sales experience from the insurance to healthcare industries. She was instrumental in setting up our East Malaysian
operations. She is able to 'think outside the box' with a forte in public relations. Her professionalism and interpersonal communication skills facilitate the
coordination of sales related activities to achieve maximum profitability while satisfying customer needs.
